Nason “Mille Luna” Murano Glass Chandelier, Italy, 1960s for Mazzega
An iconic mid-century Italian chandelier by Nason, composed of a cascade of Murano glass discs that evoke the cratered texture of the moon’s surface—hence the poetic name Mille Luna, meaning “a thousand moons.” This sculptural piece masterfully blends translucent Murano glass with mirrored chrome discs, creating a mesmerizing interplay of light and reflection.
