Exceptional Early 20th Century carved burlwood full size bed. This hand crafted bed features elegant floral curvings, wood curtains on the head and footboards for a theatrical effect, and tbeautiful burlwood graining. Footboard has a rounded top. Comes apart in four pieces and includes six slats that drop into grooves on the rails. Measures 79” wide, 62.25” deep, and 53.5” tall (footboard is 39.25” tall (slate height is 9”). Accommodates a full size bed.
Sturdy and in excellent condition with some imperfections consistent with age and gentle use. .
