Beautifully hand-thrown and painted, this 1985 studio ceramic vase by artist Judith Stiles exemplifies the playful and expressive spirit of postmodern design. Featuring a rounded, organic form, the vase is adorned with a gradient wash of soft pink, sage green, and muted peach tones, accented by minimalist botanical strokes and subtle splatter detailing.
Crafted in the artist’s signature painterly style, the high-gloss glaze enhances the delicate color transitions and whimsical brushwork. Signed and dated on the underside: Judith Stiles ’85. This is a striking piece of collectible art pottery that functions as both vessel and sculpture.
