We purchased this chair from the granddaughter of the most recent owner. We left the "original antique store" tag on the underside. According to her, this was purchased in the 1990's from an antique shop near Chicago, IL. The tag dates it back 120 years from then, labels it as "cypress" and the price back then was $395 - what a bargain!
It is 34.25" high, 19.75" wide, seat height is 19", seat width is 16" arm to arm, depth is 17", seat depth is 13". It has normal wear/tear.
