This rare set of 4 matching Blue Willow Grill Plates are truly special!
One of the best loved and most collected china patterns of all time, Blue Willow, known for it's chinoiserie design with pagodas, bridges, birds, and a lattice patterned border, has covered every conceivable piece of dinnerware.
One of the most unique of these pieces is the Blue Willow Divided Grill Plate which rose to fame in the 1940's and 1950's as The Blue Plate Special.
The divided sections made the plates ideal for serving meals with different components
