It was inspired by the light of an elegant klismos chair created by the ancient greeks. With this piece, kjærholm reduced the chair to three elements: the legs, the seat, and the connecting clamps. Thanks to his disciplined approach, the cantilevered seat is stabilized by a double cross beam that is precisely positioned so that the body rests naturally.
