A powerful and evocative limited edition giclée on canvas titled "Red Rock Crossing, Northwest Montana 1850" by acclaimed contemporary Western artist Z.S. Liang. About the Artist:
Z.S. Liang (b. 1953) is an acclaimed contemporary Western painter, best known for his historically accurate and sensitive depictions of Native American cultures. Originally from China, Liang trained in fine art at the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts and later moved to the United States where he earned a Master of Fine Arts at Boston University.
After a visit to the Wampanoag Indian culture in Massachusetts sparked his deep interest, Liang devoted much of his artistic career to portraying Native American life and history with respect and authenticity. His paintings are widely exhibited and collected, and he is a member of the prestigious Cowboy Artists of America (CAA) and a frequent award winner at the Prix de West Invitational.
Liang’s works stand out for their research-driven accuracy and emotional depth, blending painterly skill with storytelling that honors the cultures he depicts.
