A stately set of 12 antique Worcester porcelain dinner plates featuring a crisp crest with crown, plume, and star detailing in gilt and rust tones. The gently scalloped rims are finished with a hand-painted gold line and subtle gadrooned edge. Each plate bears the mark of Royal Worcester and the retailer Davis Collamore & Co. Ltd., a prestigious New York purveyor of fine European china. Elegant and refined, these would have likely been part of a commissioned service for a noble or distinguished family.
