Jackfruit wood, a sustainable and eco-friendly tropical hardwood, has a distinctive grain pattern and warm hue that is full of character. The look-and-feel of this fabulous crate basket, handcrafted from jackfruit wood planks and rattan stakes creates a chic and stylish storage solution. Stylishly store toys, books, throws or items you want tucked away but still need quick and easy access to. Creatively, it can be used as a decorative potted plant or flower crate basket in an outdoor space such as a screened in porch or patio.

Artisan crafted using jackfruit wood planks for the frame with half-lap joints; all around rattan stakes for the sides; worked iron ear handles on both sides for effortless toting. This beauty measures 22” x 13½” x 13”x W/D/H (height includes handles); 11½” high excluding handles; interior 20½” x 12¼” x 10¾” W/D/H; weight 5 lbs. 2 oz. In excellent condition with age-appropriate wear. It hails from the early to mid-1980s. Handcrafted by an unknown Indonesian maker.
