This antique table from Spain features a solid, rectangular-shaped top, which is raised upon a pair of saw-horse style legs, with a wood beam supporting them just above their feet. The underside of the table is braced by a pair of beautifully hand-forged iron stretchers, which add strength as well as creates visual interest and further embellishment to this piece. The wood has a dark, rich patina, with fabulous old markings and wear (most notably about the top); a reflection of its history and age. This 18th century Spanish table with iron stretcher, approximately 5.5 feet in width, is a wonderfully rustic and solid piece which could function well as a desk or console. See less
