Lois Polansky (1939-2003) "Artist Studio III" lithograph on paper. Pencil signed, titled and marked as an artists proof (AP).
Lois Polansky was born on December 20, 1939 in New York City. She graduated from City University of New York with a bachelor’s degree in 1960 and a Master’s of Arts degree in 1967. After graduating, Polansky began working as an adjunct professor of art at Adelphi University in New Jersey in 1979. Then she worked at State University of New York in 1985. During her career in paper and book making, sculpture and printmaking; Polansky was included in numerous exhibitions across the US.
