A rare charming large 17” diameter Japanese porcelain charger. The thickly potted porcelain charger with underglaze landscape decoration, an Korean stylized auspicious Tiger in landscape of graceful bamboo. With Oil Magnate William Harkness provenance- who lent the funds to Rockefeller and Flagler for business ventures.
