This impressive indoor lantern or floor lamp was manufactured in Germany around 1920. It features a painted wooden stem and heavy base, both with richly decorations in plaster including a beautiful cherup / putti figure placed in the middle of it.
This large and decorative object shows a nice patina and aesthetic wear and tear. The lamp has has been rewired around 1980. It can be used in a variety of ways, as a lantern or with several and different types of lampshades as a floor light.

The lampshade shown serves as inspiration and is not included in the scope of delivery. The height of the lamp can be increased even further with an appropriate lampshade.
