Vintage wood duck from Brazil, dating to the 1980s, hand carved in a light wood. It is simple, primitive, and long with a shallow bowl in the top, so it can be used for decorative items such as seashells, Christmas ornaments, or dried lavender.
The duck is in very good condition. The wood does have some natural knots and darker areas, which only add to its rustic appeal. This is unvarnished wood (possibly pine) and all one solid piece.
