These are the first we have found … Read more A beautiful pair of chairs resembling those made in Italy during mid century. These are the first we have found with labels and they are from a little known company called "Tropic Cane Furniture" which produced furniture in Hong Kong and more than likely sold through a store in California in the 1960’s or 1970's. The bases are tubular steel construction with black paint. The balls on the “feet” are gold plastic and are original. The chairs are very strong and stable and can be used indoors or out. See less
