Offered is a vintage Copco Boning Knife, model #304, made in Japan in the 1960s. It features a hand-forged blade in 440A high-carbon stainless steel with molybdenum, and a sleek teak wood handle. Aside from the fancy technical details of its functionality, this knife is beautiful and belongs in a home with a passion for mid 20th century design and the joy of cooking in style.
Measures 11" long, 1" wide, .75" deep, blade is 6" long but shaft runs the full length of the knife.
