A study in avant-garde minimalism, this corky chair is daring at every angle. Solid stainless steel rods support the light and rigid aluminum surfaces, covered with a thin layer of cork to provide a soft seating experience. The contrasting materials highlight the delicate joints and beveled lines, seemingly suspending the back and armrests. Wm metal design is a workshop founded in 2021 in bari, which exhibits, promotes, and produces contemporary sculptural design for designers, emerging artists, and globally established brands. The creator, william mulas, specializing in sculpture and furniture, leads the design and production of all models with a coherent philosophical approach combining traditional and modern production technologies, result of the experience gained and constant research undertaken since 2016 within the family laboratory, dedicated to metalworking.
