This is an ornate, antique porcelain chocolate pot or coffee pot featuring a classic Rococo-style design. The body is beautifully hand-painted with floral motifs—mainly roses and other colorful blooms—framed by elegant cobalt blue scrollwork with gold gilding accents. The top is capped with a matching lid, crowned by a decorative finial.
Its scalloped base and fluted sides add to its sophisticated silhouette. The handle and spout are both elaborately shaped, with the same blue and gold detailing running along their edges.
The base shows typical signs of age and wear, but no maker’s mark is visible in the image provided. This piece likely dates from the late 19th to early 20th century and was possibly made in Europe—perhaps French, German, or English in origin.
