It can raise from 35" to 45". The base footprint is 40" x 24.5". Top has normal wear with a couple of scars on the top end. The base has been painted at some point and you can see the original colors underneath. Dietzgen tag on side of top. Can tilt, raise and lock into position. Wheels and foot pads are intact. These are getting harder to find. See less
