An elaborately hand painted Victorian Limoges plate, made in France before 1895 (prior to the partnership of Remi Delinieres and … Read more An elaborately hand painted Victorian Limoges plate, made in France before 1895 (prior to the partnership of Remi Delinieres and Leonard Bernardaud). The plate is decorated with a distinctive emerald green border with richly gilded details and a gadroon rim. The design also features pink floral sprays in gilded roundels, and a central floral wreath. Although the plate was created and decorated in France, it is Victoriana at its finest.

Trademarked stamped:
- R. Delinieres et Cie Limoges (in red)
- D&C | France (in green)

Condition: This plate is in excellent (near pristine) antique condition. There are no chips, cracks or damage, and only minimal signs of use or wear. It is marked on the underside with “R. Delinieres et Cie | Limoges” in red script, and “D&C | France” in green.
