Up for sale is a rare and beautifully preserved vintage dining room set from Bernhardt Furniture, dating back to the 1930s. This exquisite set includes a solid wood Jacobean-style dining table, five side chairs, and one armchair—a true collector’s gem, a family heirloom-worthy set.

Chairs feature baluster turned legs connected by an H stretcher on button feet with beautifully and intricately carved back designs (see photos) and the table embellishments are refined with a smooth and handsome finish. Arm chair features arms with designs to match. The chairs have been professionally reupholstered in a very attractive and versatile cream-colored background with refined pattern to match any decor.

This set was originally purchased direct from the manufacturer for the original owners' wedding, passed down to the daughter, well cared for and tended. The table consistently was protected with table pads and tablecloth, with gentle use.
