Offered is a lovely urn shaped vase in a burnished indigo and cream glaze. The design is reminiscent of Matisse's Dance figures, but most closely resembles Raymor's pottery made in Italy by Bitossi, and Danish potter Mette Doller's works from the 1950s-1960s. Alas, it is unsigned so it will have to be loved for its beauty and not its credentials. All images taken in natural daylight so piece is very true to color.
Measures 8" tall, 7.25" diameter, 2.75" base diameter, weighs approximately 6 lbs
