Antique etching (1889) after the painting by Emilé Jean-Horace Vernet. Etching was done in an edition of 150 in 1895 by Stephen James Ferris. Signed in pencil by the artist in the lower right corner. Printed on hand made, laid paper. Vernet signature printed in plate. Newly framed with a textured matte.
Size: 8”W x 10.375”H (opening), 16.875”W x 20.875”H (frame)
Condition: print is in fine condition. No yellowing, tears, or foxing. Print was inspected out of frame. Frame and matte are new.
