ARTIST BIO:
American artist Carrie Bergey's work invites us to her creative and meditative play space. As a traveler drawn to the mystery of the unreachable horizon line, Bergey creates each piece with a unique and familiar resonance to draw us to her journey. She uses muted neutral shades with subtle hues of color, nebulous shapes, and nostalgic forms to generate a particular reminiscence for each of us. Her atmospheric white space gives the mind a moment to rest and reflect. Meanwhile, her texture and composition of natural materials recall her eco-centric approach to life and art.
