Figurine of Chinese origin cast in bronze and featuring a young boy atop a horse. In his hands, he holds a scythe, sitting with one leg draped over the side of the horse. The piece is cast in two parts, and the boy and saddle can be removed from the horse.
A major art collector in NYC purchased this piece as part of their collection that was built in the 30s and 40s.
