Operating under the name Proceram from 1939 until the factory closed in 1977, the company was known for its artistic craftsmanship and vibrant majolica glazes in earthy tones like ochre, brown, yellow, and teal.

Proceram produced just one distinct shell pattern, designed in a stunning Art Deco style. Each plate features six scalloped wells radiating around a central sauce or lemon well, combining classic French elegance with a modernist edge. This particular set is finished in a rich, sunny golden glaze, making it an especially eye-catching example of Proceram’s work.
