A particularly finely crafted Anatolian kilim from the 1970s – handwoven using traditional techniques and preserved in impressive color splendor. This narrow runner is not only an artistic floor textile, but its delicate weave also makes it an excellent wall hanging.

Literally translated, "Elibelinde" means something like "woman with hands on her waist." It symbolizes fertility, feminine power, and the creative connection to the earth. In stylized form, it depicts a figure with outstretched arms and a triangular body – often embedded in rhythmic repetitions or framed by protective elements. On this kilim, it appears in various colors and variations, framed by ornamental patterns and dynamic geometry.
