Created by the renowned delft manufactory joost thooft & labouchère, these plaques are exemplary of the iconic blue-and-white ceramic tradition that flourished in the netherlands.

each plaque is gracefully shaped with ornate rococo contours and pierced hanging holes, allowing for elegant wall display. One depicts a windmill scene with figures, while the other shows a tranquil river landscape with grazing cattle and farmhouses—evocative of the polders and rural surroundings near amsterdam and zaanse schans.
