Fine craftsmanship in the Georgian revival style, with exceptional burl Walnut or Mahogany wood grains throughout. The top has bookmatched grains, notched corners, and banded with herringbone inlays of Satinwood. Features 4 dovetailed drawers dressed with pierced brass batwing drop handles and banded perimeters. Raised on Queen Anne cabriole legs with pad feet. Beautiful sculptural form. I believe this to be European in origin, early 19th c
