Wrapped in a bright yellow/lime green scalloped velvet material, it took a moment before you saw the detailed carving of a beautiful woman. My professional upholsterer recovered the piece with my choice of velvet from a top notch fabric house in North Carolina. The granddaughter told me this settee had been in her family for at least three generations, believing it had been brought from Europe. It is Spectacular! A treasured focal point for that special home or office. See less
