A charming pair of hand-painted faience wall platters from the famed Henriot Quimper pottery in Brittany, France. Each elongated scalloped-edge platter is richly decorated with a colorful pastoral scene featuring traditional Breton figures in regional costume, set against coastal and village backdrops. The compositions are framed by floral garlands and a crowned coat of arms, adding a heraldic flourish to the rustic subject matter.
Signed Henriot Quimper and dated on the reverse, these platters were handcrafted circa 1995 and remain faithful to the centuries-old tradition of Quimper tin-glazed earthenware, known for its whimsical folk art charm and enduring craftsmanship.

Both pieces are in excellent condition and retain their original wire hangers for wall display. Ideal for adding French country character to a kitchen, dining room, or gallery wall.
