A striking pair of mid century Buddha head table lamps in the highly sought-after Hollywood Regency style of James Mont, circa 1960s.
Recently professionally restored and finished in luminous gold leaf with French wax, these sculptural lamps exhibit exceptional depth, warmth, and presence. The serene Buddha forms are elevated on black pedestal bases, creating a dramatic contrast that reflects the sophisticated East-meets-West aesthetic that defined Mont’s most iconic designs.
Newly rewired with new sockets, these lamps are fully functional and ready for installation.
James Mont–inspired lighting remains highly desirable among collectors and interior designers for its sculptural quality and timeless Hollywood Regency glamour.
Ideal for use as statement bedside lamps, console lamps, or as sculptural accents in a refined mid-century or eclectic interior.
Hollywood Regency lighting inspired by James Mont continues to be highly sought after and increasingly difficult to find in restored condition.
