Designed by the renowned South African design duo Trevyn and Julian McGowan of Source for West Elm, these tables beautifully marry organic African-inspired motifs with clean, contemporary modern design. Each table features a heavy, dark charcoal/black-finished cast metal base masterfully modeled after the twisted, elegant geometry of Gemsbok (Oryx) antelope horns. The three interlocking legs twist downward into a dramatic tripod silhouette, providing a very sturdy foundation. They are topped with thick, round tempered glass surfaces that allow the intricate form of the bases to be fully appreciated from any angle in the room. Perfect as distinctive accent tables flanking a sofa, statement bedside nightstands, or sculptural additions to a minimalist lounge layout. I love the simple silhouette of these tables and the versatility. See less
