A stunning red and black antique Loetz 'Tango' vase circa 1920s. This piece is was designed by Michael Powolny and is a superb example of Art Nouveau Jugendstil era glass. The brightly colored blown glass is supported by three applied glass legs. This piece has an unusual and eye-catching design that looks forward to the art moderne period. The base of this piece has the expected pontil scar and an acid-etched 'Czechoslovakia' mark in the divided oval shape.
Measurements: Approximately 3.75" Height x 6.25" Diameter at widest point.
Condition: This piece is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, or other damage.
