Maybe he's off out on a date somewhere with his beloved, or off to meet the Mayor of London?! Housed in its original glass fronted walnut turned wood frame, this would be perfect for someone furnishing a Victorian or old home, or someone who loves Victorian fashion and / or the history of needlepoint.
