An early version of the GA chair. A two-piece seat shell made of molded plywood with mahogany veneer, legs made of chrome-plated tubular steel with rubber grips. The former Bauhaus graduate, Swiss architect, and lecturer at the Zurich School of Applied Arts, received the "Good Form" award from the Swiss Werkbund in 1956 for this innovative chair model.
