An incredible rare pair of Andre Arbus attributed ebonized gold gilt "hand" tassel wall sconce lamps.
I say "Andre Arbus" Attributed because the sconces are not marked or signed. However, I do believe them to be designed by him from extensive research.
The wall lamps feature an ebonized hand holding a tassel torchiere. The back wall plate features a heavily carved ebonized and gold gilt leaf motif.
The sconce comes with the original black vinyl shade.
They're amazing pieces of art and have a nice heavy weight to them. They're made of some sort of sculpture molded resin like material.
