This is a Great Looking, Quite Rare & Fine Quality Antique Wine Corkscrew. Circa Late 19th Century. It is Completely & Beautifully Hand Made Out of Nickel Plated Hardened Steel with a Lathe Turned Genuine Ebony Wood Handle. The 2 Domes on the Handle - Ends are Made Out of Nickel Silver. It is Signed by The Renowned and Well Documented Maker DIAMANT in PARIS FRANCE. Its Original Design was Patented on October 24th - 1887 by Jacques Perille. It is in Very Good Cosmetic and Working Condition. Original Screw Tip - Point is Very Sharp and it Displays Nicely. No Damage - No Repairs. It has Some Age and Use Related Surface Blemishes to the Nickel Plating.
It Measures Overall Approx
7 1/4 inches Tall.
2 5/8 inches Long ( Handle ).
1 1/2 inches Wide.
