A very special sofa indeed. B & F upholstery in a stunning green background with a Chinoiserie/French theme. The thistle feels dragon like, lending to its Chinoiserie look; the carved wood frame is 100% French. SO very many styles to fit in: Hollywood Regency, a more formal French room to French Country/Framhouse, to Shabby Chic (making a grand comeback).
In excellent condition. Strong and sturdy. Fabric free of stains/rips/odors. Not the original fabric, this is reupholstered. The fabric has a hint of fading from its deep green to a slightly softer shade. Frame is distressed; any wear is intentional and any patina lends to this look beautifully.
