Awesome decoration, great contrast of colorful flowers and gilt / gold scrolls and border, laid out on stark white base. There are 4 different types of bouquets painted in the center. Each plate features a floral still life painting in the center, with more colorful flowers on outer band. Each Plate bears a period maker's mark "Schumann Dresden" on the back side. Plates were made in the first half of 20th century. Nice large size at 8.25" in diameter, and .75" in height. Plates are in good condition, minor age / use wear (please see photos). This will be lovely lively splash of color on your table and a joy to the eyesight - great collection addition! See less
