These are great decorative jars and the color and design are incredible. This pair wonderfully with other blue and white pottery. The process in making these jars is called "foot stomped" and it gives them a more bespoke hand made antique patina. These are "rough hewn" and the color of the off white ground, is often a dove gray or bluish tint. Each one is hand painted and hand made, so each is unique. If you are looking for crisp white, these will not be a good choice. These can be used anywhere, functionally or as vase. Please see our other Blue and White Temple and Ginger Jars.
