Rustic chic magnificently-sized wooden jardinière or planter box, originally a carpenter’s tool box that was transported from worksite to worksite. As a jardinière or planter box, it will hold numerous potted plants (live or faux) due to its extra-large size. On the interior you will find three compartments that can be made into one long compartment simply by removing the dividers. The dividers were put in place to hold handsaws hence the serrations. This beauty measures as follows:

Overall: 36” x 9¾” x 11¼” W/D/H (height includes handle)
Interior: 34½” x 7¾” x 7” W/D/H (serrated divers can simply be pulled up and removed, if desired)
Weight: 14 lbs.

In excellent condition with age-appropriate wear. Solidly built and structurally sound; thick strong and sturdy handle, no give. Rustic patina and usage stains which adds to its charm and rustic look-and-feel. No makers mark but we are most certain it was handcrafted in the USA sometime in the 1930s. The perfect accent in any farmhouse or European-inspired garden or patio space. This inspiring beauty will look fabulous in the spring, summer and fall overflowing with container flowers or greens such as petunias, fuchsias, English ivy, lobelias, snapdragon and so much more!
