Known for among other things his post-impressionist Still Life pieces, Yves Ganne was a mid-late 20th Century French painter of some note. Born in 1931 in Anjou, France, Ganne attended the Ecole des Beaux-Art and his work has been exhibited at the Paris Museum of Modern Art.
From the 1970s this is an untitled Still Life serigraph on paper. It is numbered 23 out of a limited edition of 275 and has been pencil signed by Ganne. It is plexi glass fronted and has a nice gold toned frame with inner card bordering the serigraph.
The frame measures: 29 3/4" width x 24" height x 3/4" depth. It weighs 6lb 14oz.
The actual serigraph measures: 22 3/4" width x 17" height.
