A striking mid-century modernist landscape rendered in a semi-abstract style, that captures the sculptural quality of the natural terrain through bold, expressive brushwork and a refined palette, executed in oil onto board.

The composition evokes an arid canyon vista, where red earth forms and sand-coloured ridges converge beneath a hazy, pale sky. A deep green tree anchors the right side, its foliage built with rapid, textural strokes that suggest movement and volume.
