Elegant and timeless, this large Art Nouveau jardinière features a beautifully detailed faux basketweave exterior adorned with flowing poppy flowers and leaf motifs—hallmarks of the Jugendstil aesthetic. Likely dating from the late 19th to early 20th century, it is crafted in silver-patinated metal and retains its original fitted tin liner.
The underside is marked with the number 4562, most likely indicating the shape or pattern.
