Vintage mid century modern teak bar cart / serving trolley, designed by Kurt Østervig and made by Jason Mobler in Denmark c. 1960s.
Features a flip top expansion mechanism that allows it to double in size. The lower tier shelf doubles a serving tray. Beautifully patinated brass hardware and casters that compliment the teak and black melamine top perfectly.
This piece does not bear a maker's mark. The design is widely attributed to Kurt Østervig, and the home from where we sourced it was full of Danish furniture from this time period.
