This Mid-Century Organic Modern Abstract textile art was once entered into a prominent church exhibit in Houston, Texas. Now, it’s awaiting it’s new exhibit in your home!
The abstract design was well executed out of one skein of yarn therefore creating the exquisite pattern you see here. The textile art is enclosed in a custom chrome frame with details of its competition and artist on the reverse side.
I loved story on this piece and when doing research it just so happen the design of the textile mimics the interior of the 1858 "Tale of Two Cities" Original printing by Charles Dickens. What a fun fact to add to this storied piece!
If you’re seeking textile art with a modern flare, then consider making this beautiful piece a “keeper” in your home.
