It has been turned from five distinct layers of wood. Hopefully, someone will be able to identify the maker and give these a good home. It measures 5.5" in height and 4.5" in diameter.

I am not a wood expert, but I suspect the three inner layers on the larger piece to be either figured or curly maple. The two disks on the outer sections are an unknown figured burl.

The second, smaller vase measures 3.75" in height. The wood type may be rosewood.
