Rustic chic with an earthy color palette, this sculptural woven jute rope “bowl basket” offers both visual and textural interest. With its eye-catching combination of pale salmon and soft denim blue juxtaposed against the natural jute and bent bamboo handle, it’s a perfect accent basket on its own or to complement other basket groupings you may have on display. Perfectly-sized to serve as a vide poche on an entryway or console table or as a decorative catchall on a vanity or dresser top. This cutie measures 9” x 9” x 10” W/D/H (height includes handle); 6” opening; interior height 4½”; weight 10 oz. In excellent condition with minimal age-appropriate wear. This is a handcrafted woven sculptural piece which means that the shape is not symmetrical which adds to its charm and beauty. Handcrafted by an unknown artisan sometime in the 1980s.
