This is a Very Nice Quality Antique Professional Chefs Kitchen Food Chopper. Large Size - Scale Double Blade Model. Circa Late 1800s. It is Stamped - Marked by the Maker P. L. Schmidt. It has Hardwood Handles and the blades are made out of Heavy Gauge Steel. This would Display Very well in a Country Primitive - Rustic Kitchen Setting Etc.
It is in very good overall condition. Note! that the blades are still quite sharp.
It measures 7 1/4 inches Tall x 10 1/4 inches Long x 2 3/4 inches Wide.
